Have you been the victim of a crime or wrongfully accused of a crime? Many good people fall victim to crime on a variety of levels. Unfortunately, many are also subject to false allegations. Law enforcement and prosecutors have the best of intentions but they are also overwhelmed with complaints and cases. In addition, they are very human and make mistakes and they too can be fooled by a false allegation.
We maintain a unique team of highly trained criminal investigators. Our independent status allows us to conduct investigations on behalf of the prosecution and defense. We continue to represent victims and those have been wrongly accused of a crime. Our director is a prior law enforcement officer and continues to work with and training law enforcement officers. Three of our members are CDITC Board Certified Criminal Defense Investigators with a combined experience spanning over 50 years. In addition, all of our staff members are required to successfully complete a 150 hour Criminal Defense Investigation Academy. The ISS Team has investigated thousands of cases. In addition, since 1989 we have been instrumental in clearing over 1000 defendants falsely accused of a crime. Our efforts have included the successful investigation of hundreds of homicides, sexual battery cases, and post-conviction relief cases involving the most difficult questions.
Appellate and Post-Conviction Relief Investigations
Have you or a family member been wrongfully convicted and incarcerated?
We have assisted the nation's finest trial lawyers on behalf of the falsely accused during the trial phase and post-conviction on behalf of those who have been wrongfully incarcerated. Post-Conviction Relief may be delivered in the form of new evidence found through an aggressive investigation. However, an Expert Review may reveal that trial counsel failed to pursue exculpatory evidence during the trial phase that may have altered the outcome or final verdict. In fact, in many cases a Forensic Case Review and Analysis will reveal that an ineffective investigation or that no investigation was conducted on behalf of the defendant. Failure to pursue specific leads or witnesses may have derailed the possibility of a successful defense. The lack of investigation can be documented and revealed via a written report as well as testimony. Additional leads may also be developed and pursued to uncover new evidence that may be grounds for a new trial. Our investigators will work with an appellate attorney on the defendant's behalf to ensure that due process is preserved.

The Initial consultation is free and recommended. Fees are based upon the nature of the allegations, the difficulty of the questions involved, the time and resources required to successfully investigate such matters, and the experience and reputation of the investigators.

SURVEILLANCE, ACTIVITY CHECKS, STOP - Stalking Countermeasures, and Missing Persons Investigations.
Effective Surveillance Operations require extensive training and experience. It is in this area that we excel beyond the boundaries of the average investigative agency. Our staff understands the need to identify the objective and document the questionable activity in a manner that will advance the clients goals. We approach every case with military precision. The covert nature of every surveillance assignment is maintained with integrity via a combination of critical and creative thinking designed to track the most difficult subjects. Undercover strategies are also utilized to develop information and leads in a manner that defines excellence.
Missing Persons Cases are aggressively approached from a professional perspective utilizing all available resources to locate the subject in question. Teenage runaway cases are uniquely approached utilizing age appropriate investigators.
Two Investigators/Two Vehicles are used on all surveillance assignments where the subject may be mobile.
Rates & Fees
The initial consultation is free and recommended. Every assignment is unique in respect to the objective and need of the client. Therefore, the investigative approach and strategy is customized to each case.
Rates $ 150.00 per hour plus expenses and travel fees. Two Investigators and two vehicles are provided plus travel expenses for the two person team. One investigator on a surveillance operation tends to be inadequate and can result in higher costs for the client. Surveillance operations require a team approach unless the surveillance is a stationary stake-out.
